Center for Nutrition and Immunity

Mead Johnson Nutrition and Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) have established a Center for Nutrition and Immunity that focuses on research related to infant nutrition and immune system development. The Center is housed in the facilities of the Evansville campus of IUSM, located on the campus of the University of Southern Indiana.

The collaboration with IUSM supports the company's vision to help give infants and children the best start in life. The collaboration also adds strength to a life science infrastructure in Evansville and is helping attract and recruit researchers with scientific expertise.

The program scientists pursue academic research with an awareness of product development applications. The interaction between nutrition and immunity is the next great frontier and expands the biomedical research focus of IUSM-Evansville.
